Wendy Bruce Martin earned her credibility at the highest level in her sport by bringing home the Bronze Medal from the '92 Olympics in gymnastics. Today Wendy shares the lessons she learned by coaching young athletes and their parents about building confidence, overcoming fears, and achieving personal goals. Wendy maintains that she "wants to empower athletes and their parents so they are in control of their own successful destiny."

Jeff Deardorff Jeff Deardorff
Partner in Baseball Jeff Deardorff distinguished himself throughout his Florida highschool baseball career and won a bronze medal playing for Team USA. Drafted into professional baseball after his senior year, Jeff spent six years with the New York Yankees honing his skills and gaining a player's perspective on the game. Today Jeff serves as a professional scout for the Yankees and contributes his vast knowledge about the game to help parents and athletes go from good to great.

Kevin Davidson Kevin Davidson
Partner in Baseball Kevin Davidson graduated from American Heritage High School with All American honors in 1998. He continued with his winning ways at Rollins College where he was also an All American - twice! Kevin was drafted by the Houston Astros in 2002, was named Minor League MVP by the Astros in 2003, and spent six years in professional baseball. He continues to be involved with youth baseball.

Amanda Cromwell Amanda Cromwell
Partner in Soccer Amanda attended the University of Virginia, where she earned Soccer America's MVP award twice, captured two All-America selections and was named a finalist for the Hermann Trophy. She was a member of the U.S. team that took third at the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup in Sweden and an alternate on the 1996 gold medal winning Olympic team in Athens, Georgia. Cromwell has also lent her playing talents to the Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA) from 2001-2003. Cromwell formerly served on the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. She currently serves as Head Coach of Women's Soccer at the University of Central Florida.

Andrew DeClerq Andrew DeClerq
Partner in Basketball Andrew DeClercq graduated from Countryside High School, where he earned All-County Honors playing basketball. He finished his collegiate career as the first University of Florida player to ever accumulate more than 1,300 points, 950 rebounds and 175 blocks and set a school record by starting in all 128 games that he played. Nominated for the 1995 John Wooden and Naismith National Player-of-the-Year awards, he led the Gators to a school-record 29 victories and helped them advance to the school first NCAA Final Four (1994). Andrew was drafted the 34th overall pick (5th in the 2nd round) by the Golden State Warriors in the 1995 NBA draft. He also played for the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic over a 10 year career. Andrew was named One of the Good Guys in Pro Sports by the Sporting News in 1999.
